By renting the entire villa, your stay becomes exclusive as the owners will not live in the villa during your stay.
You will have two hectares of park, the swimming pool and two apartments exclusively at your disposal.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 2 apartments.
Terra Nisa
Terra Nisa is the street level apartment offering maximum accessibility and features a fireplace and billiards.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
Sopra Nisa
Sopra Nisa is a very bright and panoramic apartment that can be reached by a flight of stairs.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
Who are our guests?
Our guests are usually groups of friends or families with children and often also with grandparents.
More rarely we host single couples who wish indulge in some quiet moments.
Countryside, pool and sunbathe but also Florence, Siena and Chianti wine trail.
Around you only countryside and swimming pool to relax in total tranquility but you can also reach Siena and Florence in about half an hour and in the area there are medieval villages and wine producers who offer interesting tastings.
And lastly, space and silence.
Monte Nisa is a villa built according to the architectural canons of the first half of the last century, so the apartments have a regular plan with large bright windows and high ceilings. Outside the villa is surrounded by two hectares of park. Guests can both gather together but also create their own space.
