Monte Nisa has two apartments: the ground floor apartment named terra nisa has fiew steps up to the entrance. The othe apartments – sopra nisa – it is located on the first floor of the villa and to reach it you have to go up a flight of stairs so it is not fully suitable for people who find stairs difficult.

Monte Nisa is a comfortable, welcoming and very well equipped holiday home. There is everything from games to books, Netflix and DVD player, hairdryer, flashlight, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi, even the gates are automatic. The two apartments are independent, and therefore each has its own equipment. For a complete list of equipment, see our "house layout" section. Optional equipment like high chair and cot for our younger guests and dog bowls for our furry friends are all available on request. There is no extra charge for these items, just make sure to let us know.

The kitchens are equipped with induction plates, which are safer than gas. The electrical system has three different connections with the main grid, has adequate power for the simultaneous use of multiple appliances and the hot water is partly produced with solar energy. Internet access is guaranteed by four independent connections in order to avoid interruptions and guarantee speed.

In Monte Nisa you can park park several cars inside the property and three parking lots are protected by a canopy covered with a shading cloth. Parking is free. There are two electric gates with a driveway leading from gate to gate and there is space for parking around the house and also at the entrance to the apartment.

All bed linen is provided in the price for the property and we also provide bath towels and hand towels for each person, together with cloakroom towels, bath mats and tea towels.

The land around the property is completely fenced, and if you have rented the entire villa there are no strangers in the property, except for some routine maintenance on the pool in the early morning. Your dog can circulate freely, but a minimum of reasonable supervision is strongly recommended.

Upon request we provide a high chair and a baby bed with relative linen per apartment at no extra cost. It is important that you always let us know if you need a high chair and cot because it is not always clear from the booking ticket.
