Monte Nisa is a villa built in the first half of '900 in the Chianti hills outside of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in Montefiridolfi, on the ancient road that goes to Badia a Passignano, right in the heart of Chianti Classico.
The villa is surrounded by greenery and quiet of the Tuscan countryside and features a large terrace. Sides of the villa there are two hectares of green area, half pine forest and half wood. Complete the outside of the above ground pool.
Villa Monte Nisa spread over three floors, the top floor is a loft with sweeping beams destined to services. The apartments on the first and second floor have a regular layout, large rooms and high ceilings that offer a spacious comforting, while outside, choosing from the terrace, shaded area, lawn, pine forest or woods is always a great place for any time of day. Even the outdoor area is covered by WiFi signal for internet access and there is ample space for parking cars.

The location of Monte Nisa makes possible excursions to the various locations of the Chianti, in the site there are the cards with the distance from the villa and the photos. Some examples: Florence is not far (less than 30 Km), Siena is 45 minutes, San Gimignano can be reached in about half an hour.
Monte Nisa is 900 meters from Montefiridolfi, a small country with newsstands, grocery shop and a lovely bar-restaurant, "A casa mia" (meaning 'In my house'). At 6 km there Mercatale Val di Pesa, the country's largest full banks, supermarket and post office. The closest shopping centers are in Poggibonsi, usually reached in about 20 minutes.
